For LED makeup mirror private mold customization, can the color temperature and brightness levels be changed on request?

Yes. Tianci Hongye supports private mold customization, and the color temperature setup of LED makeup mirrors can be adjusted to your requirements. Most models offer switchable 3000K / 4000K / 6000K, and some models offer stepless dimming from 3000K to 6000K (refer to each model’s spec sheet). Single color temperature or dual color temperature versions are also available on request.

K is the unit of color temperature: the lower the value, the warmer the light; the higher the value, the whiter it appears. For LED makeup mirror private mold customization, we recommend deciding on the color temperature setup based on usage habits in your target market first, rather than asking for every setting from the start.

Tianci Hongye supports private mold customization. Samples are ready in about 7 days and bulk production takes about 20 days (both per Tianci Hongye’s sampling and production schedule). The sample fee can be deducted from the subsequent bulk order. Lead times fall into two tiers, 7 days and 20 days, and are confirmed based on order quantity and style.

We provide samples, and the sampling cost is not wasted: the sample fee is deducted from the subsequent bulk order. This is the first thing to clarify before placing an order.

Before ordering, follow these steps:

• Confirm the style, size, color and color temperature setup, and send your sample, drawing or materials.
• Sampling: samples are ready in about 7 days (Tianci Hongye sampling schedule).
• Place the order after approving the sample. The MOQ for custom orders is 100 pcs (Tianci Hongye custom order rules). In-stock items can ship at any time.
• Payment is by T/T with a 30% deposit (Tianci Hongye payment terms). Goods ship after the balance is paid in full.

LED furniture products can be customized, and sizes can also be modified on request. Sampling follows the same process.

If private mold LED furniture arrives with quality problems, how are responsibility and replacement handled?

Tianci Hongye supports private mold customization. Quality responsibility is defined by pre-shipment testing and acceptance: products pass a power-on check before shipment and a test report is included with the goods. Problems found on arrival are verified against photos and batch information, and those caused by production issues are handled by Tianci Hongye.

Our approach has three parts. LED products undergo power-on checks in bulk before leaving the factory, and optical parameters are tested in our in-house optical testing room. Test reports can be provided with the goods. Packaging options include white box, color box, English color box, kraft paper box, and bubble bag with color box, along with protective materials.

What the buyer should do: open and inspect samples from the shipment as soon as possible after arrival, keep photos of the outer carton, inner packaging and the affected areas, and retain the batch information. Replacement and handling terms should be written into the contract before ordering, rather than negotiated after a problem occurs.

A common misconception is that acceptance only involves checking appearance. For LED furniture, you should power it on to check the lighting, touch controls and power supply, and then inspect the structure.

When is this option not recommended?

Private mold customization is not recommended in three cases: order quantity below 100 pcs, products that will be used directly in shower areas or high-humidity environments, and urgent orders that need to arrive within a few days.

• Order quantity below 100 pcs (Tianci Hongye custom MOQ). Below this quantity, we recommend in-stock items, which can ship at any time.
• Shower areas or long-term high-humidity environments. Tabletop and portable mirrors are powered by 5V USB or a built-in lithium battery and have no stated waterproof rating, so they are not suitable for direct installation in such environments. For humid environments, choose the bathroom mirror series with defogging function (TCYSJ series).
• Orders sensitive to tariff costs. Tianci Hongye is building a coordinated China + Vietnam supply chain and can arrange production capacity based on tariff cost and lead time requirements. For such orders, discuss the place of production before ordering.

We hold multiple Chinese and international patents in LED mirrors and related structure, optics and electronics. When a private mold involves appearance or structure, check with us first for any patent conflict to avoid disputes later.

What should be confirmed before purchasing?
